Blues on Mondays...
A pretty girl amongst the Forget-me-nots.
This gorgeous dress was made by my dear friend Norvell for the 2013 Sasha Festival in Cincinnati - I won it in the auction.
The little jacket that I have teamed with it was made by Karen W.
I think it is the perfect match for this gorgeous girl.
She's such a beauty, and I like the close up of her eyes in the last photo which also shows the detailing of the lovely dress you won.
ReplyDeleteThank you, I love everything about this girl and her outfit, they work so well together.
DeleteCan't quite remember if I've seen this beautiful 1968 Fringe girl before but I have to totally agree that this is the perfect blue coloured outfit for enhancing her gorgeous blue eyes and the surrounding For-get-me-not flowers.
ReplyDeleteI just adore these sweet and dainty little flowers as they remind me of my late mother and I have transferred some of their seed from her home flowers into my garden (and on their grave) to link the theme of 'remembering such a wonderful person and a truly great mother.'
Oh I just love the Forget-me-nots, they are such sweet flowers, and work so well as a backdrop for some of my photography. How lovely you have some from your Mother's grave, that is special.
DeleteA very gorgeous girl, and picture perfect photos. Not a blue Monday with pictures such as these to enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThank you Julie. :-)
DeleteVery beautiful girl Lorraine and I remember Norvell's lovely dress in Cincinnati and Karen's beautiful jacket. All very lovely. :) xxx
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the first photo; you can see all the detail of her eye painting and the lovely dress, there are so many flowers, and the different shades of blue are in perfect harmony.
