For Karin...

I didn't knit this specifically for Sasha, but when finished it in February last year thought I would try it on her to see what it looked like.  These are the photos I posted.  I have since knitted it again (and much better in my opinion than this first).  Jacknitss (on Ravelry) are very well written and concise and I enjoy knitting them.

And what could be more fitting than the fact that Sasha was modelling this dress as well?!

I have since knitted it with an altered neckline as in this first version it is a bit wide and has some mistakes!

  2. I too like this pattern and have a grey version.
A case of practise makes perfect if, as you say, your second attempt was without the wide neck and the odd fault.
Bet that you're glad that your first Sasha Doll is now back at home with you? I too have a few regrets about parting with some of my dolls but doubt if, even if I could locate them, I have the money to buy them back at the moment....but there's always the future!

    1. I was lucky that Mark paid for her for me...although he did question why he didn't see the money when she was sold ;-) As I explained to him, what is his is mine and what is mine is mine! Perfect logic there!

Yes very lucky to have her back and a case of just being in the right place at the right time.
