FOR SALE: VINTAGE SASHA & GREGOR COURSE DOLLS

I'm not sure if anyone ever 'pops' back in to see this blog, but I am hoping to reinstate it next year for just Sasha & Gregor photos and stories etc...  In the meantime I still have available two gorgeous Course dolls for sale and I am DEFINITELY NEGOTIABLE on the price, so if you are interested please feel free to contact me.

For Sale: Black Haired Sasha/Gregor Course Doll Boy.

Gorgeous Sasha Course Doll Boy.  This lad is in good condition with nice clean tricot.  He does have one small repair to his body as shown in the photograph below.  His real hair wig is stitched in place and his face paint is vibrant and he has a cute splash of freckles.  He comes wearing a dungarees outfit by Thu Cuc Faes and a vintage faux fur coat.  £500 plus postage free postage in the UK.

This was her description when I bought her from Shelly:

1952 AI Re-covered Studio/course Doll . This sweet faced young lady is one of the earliest true Sasha dolls however she was in such a bad way she has been totally restored though her original body and stuffing with newspapers dating her are inside her full recovered body and head . Vintage fabrics have been used and original patterns , this has all been very expertly done by Thu Cuc Faes who has also tried to retain the original eye style of this young lady . She has been given a new wig made of Hemp which she would have also originally worn. Her outfit also made by Thu Cuc suits her perfectly 

I have her sandals, I just couldn't find them when I photographed her!.

She is a really lovely Course doll and I will be sad to see her go, but sometimes that is just a way, and it will be nice for someone else to enjoy her like I have done.

Handsome Caleb for Sale

Handsome Caleb in Excellent Condition 

This gorgeous Caleb is looking for a new home.  He poses well as seen in his photos.  He has the ring neck mechanism and brown elastics and I believe is from the middle to late seventies.  He comes wearing his tag, original sweater, trousers/pants and shoes, but sadly no socks or underwear - not sure

For Sale: Gorgeous Sasha Girl

This lovely repaint 'Gloria' by Melody Mock in 2007.  In her former 'life' she was a Blonde 20th Anniversary Doll from 1985.  Her hair has been dyed and her features repainted.  She is in lovely condition, with original stringing and holds her poses well. She has ever such a slight ding on her nose which shows up in some lights.  She comes with her label and her little rag doll.  Please note she will come wearing a different outfit - the tartan one as shown, NOT the smocked dress which is for illustrative purposes only.

Advent 2015 - Day Seventeen

Hey there stranger, what is your name?  Henry asks.

I don't have one yet...  I am hoping for a new home for Christmas and then hopefully I will also get a name then.  Is the sad reply from the little red head boy.

Well, how would you like to open a window in the Advent Calendar today?  Henry suggests.

Could I?  That would be great fun. 

The boys look for the number 17.

Here it is.   The little lad says.

He opens the window....

Look!  I got a person - he looks like a King!  

He sure does.  Henry agrees.  He certainly looks like he might be old and wise anyway with a long beard like that.

I think he looks pretty cool.  

Now where shall he go.  The little boy wonders.

There you go.  He says as he places him down.

You can walk over the bridge.

That was great Henry.  The boy says. Can we stay and play a while?

Of course we can.  Henry replies.
