I have found generally that the boys are rarely photographed as much as the girls so decided to remedy this with a series of shots of various boys in the garden, featuring one boy per post.
The Gregor lads are really something special due to the general rarity of boy dolls. They are at a lovely active, exploring age that makes them fascinatimg to photograph when at play. Am I right in thinking that he has had his eyes enhanced and has he a name as not sure that I've seen him before. About how many lads have you there at the moment?
Glad you enjoyed the posts. I just love the Gregor lads, there is something special and fun about them. Maybe because I had two boys myself and taught predominantly boys, I am not sure.
My boys are all listed on my 'The Boys' page. Sadly I have one less than I had hoped to have had early this year as one I had set my heart on late last year/early this year it seems was not meant to be, but hey ho, them's the breaks as they say.
Same questions as Kendal asked were running through my head! EXCEPT..... the boy dolls are far more common than the girls here, the only reason I don't show them more is the lack of clothing! Poor things, it is a good thing they are not too fussy. Glad to see this wonderful post. Jenni xx
Oh I know about lack of clothing! I am still trying to find, or draft the perfect shirt pattern that I am happy with...but still fortunately they are not too fussy. I just love the boys. So glad you enjoyed this post.
Handsome boy, certainly! I love his blue/green pullover, and the bull-dog T-shirt is a really fun item. Does this lucky boy have a dog like that? Janet
The t shirt is mine (or rather Henry's) that a friend sent me earlier this year...to remind me of the dogs my Mum used to have...although it isn't strictly true to breed, it is a fun t shirt.
He's a very handsome lad, Lorraine! What a great idea...I love seeing pics of the boys!
ReplyDeleteThank you :-) Glad you like the idea...they are such handsome lads, it is nice to feature them I think.
DeleteWhich of your boys is this? I like his eye painting.
ReplyDeleteHe is not mine sadly.
DeleteHi Lorraine,

Susan xx
