A holiday album

Last year Harry from the USA came to stay with Henry for a few weeks and I documented his adventures on my blog.  A few weeks ago I finally finished the album I had been working on and posted it to Carol S, Harry's Mom.  The other day I heard it had arrived so thought I would show you a few pages of it here.

It comes in a nice protective sleeve case.

During the holiday they also got to spend some time in Exeter with Laura and her gang and had a great time there as well.

Henry certainly misses Harry.  The boys had a fabulous time together, I got to make a new friend and Harry took some souvenirs home with him.

  3. Brilliant! What a great souvenir for Harry and an album for his Mum to see what he got up to whilst away from home.

  4. What a fun time for all. If postage from the US wasn't so prohibitive (and fear of sending her so far away by herself), I would be sending her to "summer camp" at your house :)

    1. It really was fun. Travel in that way is always a worry isn't it?!

  5. The book looks fabulous.
How lovely for Harry (and Carol to see what they got up to) to have such a momento of their holiday with you and Henry.
I can well remember some of the places they went to and adventures that they had together. Great to, to see some of the UK's environment (blue-bell woods) and items (trams, trains) that we are known for.
Did you have a copy made for yourself and Henry as well?

    1. Yes Kendal I did keep a copy for myself as well. Included in the books are some wonderful thatched houses in one of the villages we stopped in as well. Very English :-)
