Warmer clothing and Autumn Swap Gift Arrives.

Melody (a pretty 70/71 Sasha)  had been complaining that I hadn't bought anything especially for her and when she saw this lovely jumper dress and hat on the internet she asked me to buy it for her.  Well how could I resist her lovely sweet face when she made her request?

This lovely dress is made by Dee of Sasha Village.  Thank you Dee, as you can see it suits her beautifully.

Well since we got back to Southampton, Henry has done nothing but talk about boats, boats and more boats.  I think he got a taster when playing on the medieval boats and the 'wind surfer' in the playground.  I saw just the thing the other day and just knew it would be perfect for him now it is getting that much colder.

Henry is very pleased his new jumper indeed.

A little sewing for today...a pair of dungarees for Jack my Gotz No Nose lad.

He thinks he is just the business!

My Autumn Swap Gift from Rochelle arrived today and before I could say Boo, Jack had claimed a couple of the gifts for himself.  A cardigan and a teddy.  I have explained to him that I thought the cardigan/jacket is probably for one of the Sasha girls, but at the moment he isn't listening...

I think once the other lads see him wearing it, he might change his mind, although I don't think I will get him to give up the bear, who also happens to look rather pleased with himself!

She also sent this other lovely little outfit made from feedsack cloth from the 1920s - 1930s.

Isn't it great?!

I received another gift which I forgot to photograph!

Once I know Rochelle has received the swap gift I have sent her I will post pictures.

My other partner Laura, is yet to receive hers...we had a slight delay in postage ;-) so will be posting hers to on Monday morning.

And no, I wasn't supposed to be buying anything, but I am glad I did as I received some rather scary news at the specialists yesterday so it was lovely to receive some packages today and to 'play' with Sasha & Co. to take my mind of things.

Will have to get listing on Evilbay tomorrow!
