Fashion on Friday

I've decided to call my knitting and sewing round up for the week 'Fashion on Friday' for want of a better name.

First up is Edward modelling a sweater made with pure New Zealand Merino wool, teamed with a pair of 'Kiwiana' trousers made with some of the fabulous fabric I bought while in New Zealand in March.

Next up is Maddison modelling 'Fresh as a  Daisy' outfit, which consists of 3/4 daisy denim print trousers with a white blouse.

After modelling the lovely cream sweater last week and having to part with it, I made Marcia one of her own.

It is slightly different. and was also seen in my 'Wordless Wednesday' post.

I completed the teal tunic order and that is on its way to its new owner.

I knitted a couple of baby rompers this week as well.

Grace is wearing a lilac hues combination.

Whilst Amelia is wearing the blue one.

They look so sweet in these rompers.

Lastly I made one of my Festival Donation items for the CFA.

Modelled by the gorgeous Monica

Most items on this page are available to purchase.  If interested in any please contact me - information on my Sales pages found here and here

I also made a dress and headscarf for Ruby, my muse.

She too has enjoyed sitting amongst the daisies.

Knitting on Friday

I've had quite a productive week knitting wise (although not much else has been achieved!)

I finished another little romper suit for baby Alfie this time.

I've almost finished a tunic dress for an order, but ran out of yarn so waiting for an extra ball to arrive!

I made a little short sleeve tunic dress modelled here by Susan

Mary Ellen also wanted to model it as she thought the teal would go good with her red hair.

I discovered an unfinished cardigan in my basket, so finished that.

Susan thinks it goes perfectly well with jeans.

Lastly I designed a sweater as a request for a friend.

Marcia is modelling it here.

I think it looks great with jeans, and she agrees.

It does up at the back with three buttons.

Ruby is modelling the prototype.

Pretty in Pink - 2012

2012 saw some more girls 'Pretty in Pink' some wearing clothes I had made the year before, some wearing new clothes I had made, been given or bought.

The lovely Victoria wearing a dress I made in 2012 teamed with a pair of cute pink shoes, holding her teddy which was a gift from Harry and Harper when they came to stay.

Sweet Judie (no longer with me) wearing her Dolly Doodles outfit

Harlequin (Clementine, no longer with me) wearing a knitted pink dress (forgotten who made it) teamed with pink boots and waistcoat made by Jean Jensen.

Grace on her pink NZ Sheepskin rug sent by the dear Erica

Sisters, Judie and Julie (BJ) in their Dolly Doodles outfits

Melody and Angela (both no longer with me

Emily and Tilly Rose

April (no longer with me)

Tilly Rose in what I think might be a Magic Attic outfit.

Sally modelling a dress I made by commission.

Bethany (no longer with me)

Maggie (no longer with me)

Ira (no longer with me)

Six out of fourteen girls still with me.

Edited to add: A couple of pink knits!
