Hard to believe that the festival finished 11 days ago now!  What a lovely time was had by all.

I have taken a few photos of the Souvenir and Hostess Gift items I came home with.

Modelled by Henry who tries it out for size.  Thank you Jenny.

A gorgeous photo album from the lovely Ellen C - filled with wonderful pictures of her fabulous dolls and their props.  Thank you Ellen.

Table hostess gift from Dawn - my lot have refused to try on a jumper/sweater in this heat, but it will most certainly be worn in winter as will the cute socks.  Thank you Dawn.

Souvenir summer shorts - these will be most popular for the boys in the pool or on the beach.

A cute souvenir summer romper suit for baby

Modelled by Grace

A lovely hostess gift made by Margo.  Thank you Margo

Currently borrowing a camera and just can't get the colours right - it is a pretty pale yellow.  Modelled by Tui Renate.

Souvenir dress - Sunday Best.  Looks fabulous on Cora and is a light blue - again I can't get the colours right with this camera.

Postcard for next years Sasha Festival with all the details included.

I may have missed a few items - will add them as I come across them, and may well update the photos once I get my camera back from the repair shop...all going well!

Fashion on Friday

Well this week has been a bit of a wash out as far as the weather is concerned!  All my plans for being outside pretty much scuppered so inside activities it was. I have had a couple of days where I haven't felt the best either so I mostly knitted, but did a little sewing.

I knitted sleeveless top

which has been teamed with a pair of 'beach' striped crop trousers/pants.

I knitted a red jumper/sweater - a reflection of how cold it has been this week I think.

The rompers all got matching booties.

Babies need to keep their feet warm at times!

These little sets will all be going in my Etsy shop hopefully this weekend.

A couple of things were made for my other dolls, and I have some new and ongoing projects...

Fashion on Friday

I've decided to call my knitting and sewing round up for the week 'Fashion on Friday' for want of a better name.

First up is Edward modelling a sweater made with pure New Zealand Merino wool, teamed with a pair of 'Kiwiana' trousers made with some of the fabulous fabric I bought while in New Zealand in March.

Next up is Maddison modelling 'Fresh as a  Daisy' outfit, which consists of 3/4 daisy denim print trousers with a white blouse.

After modelling the lovely cream sweater last week and having to part with it, I made Marcia one of her own.

It is slightly different. and was also seen in my 'Wordless Wednesday' post.

I completed the teal tunic order and that is on its way to its new owner.

I knitted a couple of baby rompers this week as well.

Grace is wearing a lilac hues combination.

Whilst Amelia is wearing the blue one.

They look so sweet in these rompers.

Lastly I made one of my Festival Donation items for the CFA.

Modelled by the gorgeous Monica

Most items on this page are available to purchase.  If interested in any please contact me - information on my Sales pages found here and here

I also made a dress and headscarf for Ruby, my muse.

She too has enjoyed sitting amongst the daisies.

Thankful Thursday

Here at Rose Cottage (or should it be Daisy Fields!) we are thankful for the good weather we have had today.

The babies were out today playing on the lawn and having fun with all the daisies.

Grace and Amelia were busy concentrating...

Baby Barney Bam Bam seems to be climbing all over Alfie

But they soon become best of friends.

They are all thankful for their newly knitted romper suits, just in time for the warmer weather.
