    1. It is great isn't it? The sweater dress and hat were made by Dee Owen Anislyn1066 on Evilbay. I bought it last year I think. The boots are by Lisa and the tights I can't remember!

    1. These were a charity shop bargain! A little bit on the small size, but that doesn't bother Henry in the slightest.

  3. Lucky Henry having now a set of golf clubs. I'm sure that he'll make a super golfer once the snow has cleared and he can start to practice his swings etc.

Love the way you have softly hazed the edges of the girl's photos. A really nice touch. Lucy really suits the colours of her outfit and I love her with her hair flowing loosely.

Your two early Gotz girls look very trendy in their knitted sweater dresses and high boots.

    1. Yes Henry is a lucky lad :-)

Thank you, thought I would try some experimenting with the photos, glad you like them. I think the little outfit Lucy is wearing is one of my favourite that I have made, as yes, it does seem to suit her very well. She has certainly been wearing it long enough without asking for a change so she must be reasonably happy with it as well!

  4. Henry needs some golfing clothes now to go with his clubs. In 2010 we visited the British Golf museum at St Andrews (not because we're into golf, just because we were there) and it was very interesting. http://www.britishgolfmuseum.co.uk/collections/fashioning-an-identity If Henry practices really hard, he could even play at the next Olympic games http://www.britishgolfmuseum.co.uk/collections/olympic-golf

    1. Thanks for the links! I will have to go and have a look, you obviously realise how demanding these sports fanatics can be ;-)

  5. what pretty girls, have they been introduced lately? I am intrigued by the no-nose girl, she looks a little different than the others I've seen...is it her complexion? Her hair? Super cute pose at the end...your dolls are real little people, I do declare!

    1. Hi Kirsten, I don't think they have been on my blog for a while. The last time would have been when I dressed them for winter (I think I did a story about a lost boot). http://sewingforsasha.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/youve-lost-what.html http://sewingforsasha.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/found.html

  6. Goodness me those golf clubs are wonderful Lorraine! What a lucky boy Henry is!! I agree with DollMum, he really will need a golfing outfit....but please don't make it like the one in the Ariel outfit on tv!!! LOL....unless of course you want to always be able to see where he is in the garden!
I love the knitted outfits on the two redhaired girls. When I first saw the early Gotz girls I didn't like them very much, but they have sooooo grown on me over the months and I really do like them now...particularly those with noses, although the 'no nose' girls are very sweet looking too.
And your lovely Lucy, what an incredibly pretty girl....and I love how her hair frames her face with the slightly shorter lengths of hair at the front. Do they come like that or has it been cut? I think it looks very nice, as does her outfit, which is perfect for spring....especially with the matching cardigan!
Happy Easter to you and yours!

    1. They are fun aren't they Sharon - now I know why I religiously look round the charity shops...you never know what you might find! Not having a TV I have no idea what you are talking about ;-) So will use the links DollMum pointed me to :-0

The two knitted outfits are great and I love them on these two girls.

Lucy is lovely. I think her actual fringe has been trimmed - I am fairly sure of that as it really does seem shorter than is usual, but the short whispy bits round the side of her face are how these girls came. Thank you for your lovely comments about her dress and cardigan I made her. I really need to get sewing and make some more clothes, just can't seem to get the mojo to do so yet.
