Saturday morning saw some of us up bright and early setting up our 'Dress a Sasha' Competition entries.
The theme was: 'Sasha, a groovy, modern girl' and there were two categories. A Groovy Sasha showing fashions of the 60s through the end of the Serie production in 1986, and Sasha in the 21st Century, anything after 2000 and into the future.
There were some incredibly imaginative and fun entries and I think all who entered enjoyed themselves.
I know I had fun. I hope to eventually add names to all the entries...
There are two categories in each division:
A: All clothing to be made by entrant. Shoes, socks and accessories may be purchased.
B: All items assembled by entrant.
Each division was split into age groups.
These wonderful outfits reminded me of the 'I Dream of Jeannie' outfit that Mum made me when I was young.
Later in the morning the winners were announced.
I was absolutely stunned and delighted to have won the category I entered.
