Hi Henry, While up north you're planting, down south we're harvesting! I just have the potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes to dig up and then I'm done for a few weeks. At that time it will be the winter solstice and time to plant the garlic. By the way, I have a pair of Wellingtons just like yours! Your Friend, Angelo
Hi Angelo, it is always amazing how our seasons are opposite each other....my Mum used to say when she was little, that she was born in Spring but her birthday was in Autumn...that always used to amaze and stump her friends!
What a 'busy little bee' you've been! We too have planted out a few minature Foxgloves that we grew from seed over the Winter plus a new larger peach coloured one that we recently bought from a nearby garden centre. We must compare how they are all flowering later on.
I bet he couldn't wait to get outside in the warmth given the weather we've been having recently! Vivienne
ReplyDeleteHe couldn't! It was such a nice change to be able to get outside...

Hi Henry, you are just the best boy! It is so refreshing to see you weeding and planting in the garden. I bet Mummy is super proud of you too! <3 xxx
