This month's Trendon girl is Cora. I bought Cora from Lauri in the USA and have had her for over a couple of years now. After 'rediscovering' her and seeing her personality develop the last few days, I just had to feature her for May.
She's a really sweet looking girl, she looks quite shy and reminds me of a character in the book/film called The Help, have you read/seen it? Hugs Sharon x
Yes, really good! I particularly enjoyed the book though....for some reason I found the film hard to hear....I know that's weird and you probably think "why not turn the sound up...?" but it wasn't that, it was something with my ears I think...I just couldn't get the strong southern accents! LOL.
It is funny you should say this, as I think we did as well. In fact many films I find it difficult to hear/understand what they are saying, and subtitles are getting more frequently used! I think it is partly the clarity of sound, accents etc...
Re-discovering a doll is almost like (though unfortunately not quite) having a new doll. She's looking really summery in her bright and pretty florals and certainly looks as though she's enjoying the sunshine that has finally arrived here.
She's lovely. I must get my Cora out - she's been in hibernation for a while.
ReplyDeleteOh yes you must! :-)

DeleteI'm so glad she makes you happy! She always had beautiful hair and looks so lovely in those bright colors. :-)

Ah yes, I think it is great to spend time with a particular doll and get to 're-acquainted' with them.
